NCCP children, Kanchan and pooja received Sponsorship
This is the pathetic and heart touching story of parents less 4 siblings, Kachan aged 10 years, Pooja 7 years, Subham aged 14 years and Aman 16 years. The family is residing of village- Mahdevpur Kalan -Block Chakiya -District Cahndauli .
Mother of the children had escaped from her house in the year 2020. After one year father Mahima was also died in the year 2021. After losing the both parents responsibility of the children had come on the shoulder of the old grandparents. Grandfather is farm labourer but due to poor health and old age he is unable to work hard, therefore his income is not sufficient to meet the expenses of the family. Due to extreme poverty in the family elder brother Aman had to leave his studies after VIII and started to help his grandfather in labour work. Under the govt. Awas yojana grandfather has received House of one room. But condition of house is very poor. During the rainy season water drips from the roof. Overall condition of the family is very pathetic. The family was unable to manage even two times meal for the family.
Seeing the pathetic condition of the children, ROSA staff had initiated for help through the sponsorship in the year 2020. Doing work hard like receiving the birth certificate from the school, correction in Aadhar card, getting signature of village and block level concerned officers, sponsorship form was filled and it was submitted to District Probation officer, Chandauli.
Continuous and rigorous follow up had been made by the ROSA staff, as a result, from the month of October 2021 children, Kanchan and Pooja have been receiving amount of Rs. 2000/- each/ per month in their respective Bank A/C. Bank A/C of the children were also open with the support of ROSA staff.
It is a big support to the children as children can continue their studies and it will be a big help in other expenses of the family.
Now Kanchan is studying in class 4th and Pooja is in class 2nd and brother Shubam is in class 7th. The family is very happy to get this support. Really it is a very big support, such help certainly bring the bigger change in the future of the children The family are very thankful and grateful to ROSA Sansthan as the helped the family at the time when they were in great economic distress.
